I ordered a phone on the 7th and still have had no further update since then. When trying to use the order tracker it says sorry it can’t track it right now it is now the 14th

Hi @gusthelad,
The estimated dispatch time for that model is 7 days so I'd expect you to receive a delivery notification soon.

Hello @gusthelad
You should call EE on 150 and ask for an Update on the order. However when it's dispatched you should get a Text from DPD with tracking.
