I ordered an iPhone 15 on Wednesday the 20th May but I have received no email or delivery confirmation/instructions, it turned up today but I wasn’t able to receive it as I didn’t have a PIN. I’ve tried to call EE 3 times on Friday to let them know every time before 7pm but I always get told the department is closed so I have no idea what to do. I’m thinking of going into a store near me and asking for assistance that way as I can’t get hold of them over the phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
