I've just ordered a new phone and not received a confirmation of the order but I've been charged already

I’m in the same situation I placed an order online for a new iPhone 14 pro max and I still haven’t got the confirmation email but the upfront cost was taken from my bank?

I ordered a new phone Monday, I did get the thank you for your order email but not heard anything since. They've taken money out my bank but now my EE account says £s in credit, will be taken off you next bill. Which it shouldn't be because it was the upfront cost I paid. My guess is it was a bank holiday? 

I need a phone 😬

I placed the order i phone 14 pro max but i haven’t got confirmation email he take the upfront cost in my account and then send the money back in my account I don’t know why

Does it look like the upfront cost has been taken then instantly returned to your account?

Are you able to check both your Spam/Junk folders?

I ordered online and I checked my junk folder I received the money back please kindly tell me now what can I do?
