I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro on 20 March at lunchtime. I’ve not received an email confirmation but was given an order number which won’t track
when will I get an order confirmation? I would expect to get it by now

No - I ordered via the messaging system and was given an order number there
Have now had a message from DPD saying it'll be delivered to store today but never did get a confirmation email - oh well!
