I ordered a sim card on the 11th June (nearly a month ago)
I got an order confirmation email with an xko number but I've had absolutely no contact from EE since then. Have tried to call several times, they are always very busy and there is no option to speak to someone about an order I have placed so I feel like I'm wasting my time on hold.
With no dispatch email or DPD tracking number, I don't think my sim card has even left their warehouse and I have no way of tracking it (I get the same infuriating "time out" message as others have had)
Absolutely awful customer experience not even sending me an email to apologise for the delay.
Should I just wait for them to dispatch my sim or is there a way I can speed things up?

Hi @Laura001
Welcome to the community.
I know you'll be keen to get your hands on your SIM.
When you order a SIM plan, it would just go in the standard post, so you'd not get a tracking number, but if it was ordered on 11th June, I would have expected it to have arrived by now.
We don't have access to your account or orders here to see what is going on, so it would need a call to our customer services guides so they can check that it has gone through successfully, and if it has, get another SIM arranged for you.
