I placed an order online this morning for a new phone, I have received confirmation from Glow Finance and my money has been taken but I haven't received an actual order confirmation.
Yes I've checked my spam folder and there is nothing there. When I ring 150 I get told they can't check because it's online and I should select the option to talk about online purchases but this isn't an option?
How do I get my order confirmation??

Thanks for letting us know the tracking isn’t showing yet, @ml06mkv.
As @Northerner mentioned, it sounds like your order might still be in the processing stage. Once it’s processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and you’ll be able to track it on the Track Your Order page.
If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 24–48 hours, and you’ve already checked your inbox and junk folders, please contact our team with your order details so they can investigate further.

Hi,
I still don't have an order confirmation, how do I contact the right customer service? Because I went through chat and they say they can't help because it's online and when I rang 150 and went through to the mobile option they said they couldn't help because it's online and they couldn't transfer me to the right department because I don't have an order number. The options when dialling 150 don't seem to have one for online purchases so it's unclear how I actually am supposed to talk to the right people.
