I called EE on Monday to order a new sim card and while on the phone I also changed my pay as you go to contract. I was told I'd get my new sim by Tuesday but I didn't so I ordered it online a few hours ago. I just got a text saying "thanks for ordering your sim, this will arrive in 3 - 5 working days, please call 150 to register thank you". What do I need to register for? Can I do it after the sim has arrived? I'm very confused.
