Once your order has been dispatched, DPD will send notification up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window and a PIN number, which you will need to show the driver in order to receive your device.
Please make sure you have the DPD app with the same settings as EE have, then you can also keep an eye on it.
