Hi i spoke to someone on sunday to get my upgrade iphone 15 but have had no confirmation emails or tracking number?

@Gemz1 if you ordered a device, once a device can be allocated to you, you’ll receive a tracking number, as for confirmation of order, try looking in your spam folder. EE probably have back orders to fulfil before you will get your device.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks was just told would receive my new phone within 7 days but hadnt heard anything yet
