Hi there , I've recently ordered a new contract phone and sim. However my current number is meant to be transferred over. Delivery of my phone is today but I cannot receive any service on my current phone which means I have no updates on device delivery. I don't even have an order number. Many thanks

@Lysy1994 Have you been told it’s coming today ? Have you looked at your spam folder to see if anything is in there ? Also you don’t have an order number then how to you even have an order being delivered today ?
