New phone order

Hi there , I've recently ordered a new contract phone and sim. However my current number is meant to be transferred over. Delivery of my phone is today but I cannot receive any service on my current phone which means I have no updates on device delivery. I don't even have an order number. Many thanks

@Lysy1994  Have you been told it’s coming today ?    Have you looked at your spam folder to see if anything is in there ? Also you don’t have an order number then how to you even have an order being delivered today ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Yes I was told on the phone via the person that gave me the deal it was
next day delivery. I've checked my spam. I just have a confirmation email
saying my order is on its way with ONLY the new account number presented
along with contract details. So I'm just as confused as yourself as to why
I don't have an order number.
