I have made a purchase for a new iPhone 17 blue mist. 
Money has been taken out of my bank and I’m yet to receive any confirmation or order reference. 
what do I do in this situation?

Check your junk/spam folder. 

If no email then call EE CS on 150. Then you can use EE order tracking: https://ee.co.uk/orders/track-your-order

Download the DPD app as well.

I have not yet received anything. When calling not sure which options I need to press to get to the right place
