I have made a purchase for a new iPhone 17 blue mist.
Money has been taken out of my bank and I’m yet to receive any confirmation or order reference.
what do I do in this situation?

If no email then call EE CS on 150. Then you can use EE order tracking: https://ee.co.uk/orders/track-your-order
