Hi. Im new to EE and switching from 02 to EE, I placed an order more than 24 hours ago, ive received my pre contract email, ive paid £30  upfront fee which is still pending. But ive had no confirmation email and herd nothing back its getting abit frustrating, tryed phoning but was no help. So any any would be appreciated.
