Hi ive placed an order for the iPhone 17 pro max I have recived and email with ako code its been 48 hours I have no clue if ive been accepted or not money has been taken and can't seem to get a straight answer over the phone, can any one tell me if ako order number means im approved or am I wasting my time ?

I can understand that it's worrying when you've ordered your phone, and you've had no confirmation about your delivery.
Although I can't check your specific order, if you let me know the make, model, memory size and colour of the device, I can give you an idea about how long the delivery may take.

I have order the mobile yesterday and I have paid the upfront 30£ as well I have received the reference number but after that I haven’t recive anything . I want know about my order what’s going on

@Praveen2345 , the upfront cost will be pending until the order is dispatched. If you have received the reference number, it should be ok, but you can check and see if anything has gone into the junk/spam folder.
If you want to find out more, then you will have to ring customer support, as we have no account access and do not know who you are in this public forum.
You will receive notification once the phone is dispatched with a PIN number, which you will have to present to the DPD delivery driver, which you will receive notification up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window. I would suggest downloading the DPD app if you have not already done so.

You can track your order on our Track Your Order page.
If you see an error when tracking your order please check your junk/spam folder if you've received a follow-up email, either confirming your has been processed and completed or asking you to call in.
If you've not received any follow-up email you'll need to give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order went through successfully.
If the order couldn't be processed, the team can discuss the reasons why and what additional information we need to complete it for you.
Just so you know, the upfront payment you made at the time of your order was only a pre-authorisation for the payment, which is held as "pending" with your bank. We'll only complete the payment once the order is processed.
If the order does not get completed we will not take the payment, and your bank/card issuer will automatically release the Pending Payment back to your account. They usually do this after 10 working days.
