Hi ive placed an order for the iPhone 17 pro max I have recived and email with ako code its been 48 hours I have no clue if ive been accepted or not money has been taken and can't seem to get a straight answer over the phone, can any one tell me if ako order number means im approved or am I wasting my time ?

Hi Linzi, is it still expected after 28 days. As the website is showing if you order it now it’s within 28 days and I don’t think that’s fair as us that have been waiting since the start of this month/ end of last month are getting told it’s after 28 days and could literally be whenever. But if you order it now it’s within 28 days? How is this fair please.

Orders are sent out on a first-come first-served basis, so please don't worry.
The details I'm sharing within this thread is the most accurate information I have from our internal stock guidance, based on the date of ordering.

Hi there
on the 30th of September I upgraded both mine and my husband’s phones to the new 17 pro max - they’ve still not arrived, and it’s been over 2 weeks now??
I got a tracking email today saying I’m trading in our old phones too - and that is not correct - as these are both fully paid for.
can somebody please pick this up and let me know when the are going to be dispatched?

Hi, I was told it was within 28 days not more than. It’s already been two weeks and have been told it will be another two weeks time if not sooner. I’m guessing that update on my order was an automated one.

My internal stock information shows as more than 28 days for the model and date you ordered @Leaheloise, so I cannot guarantee it will be here within the next two weeks.
It does sound like an automated update, as the specific updates will be when stock is assigned to your order.

I ordered the new iPhone 17 pro max on 22nd September and still have not received the order. Is there any updates on when the order will be dispatched?

If you can let me know what colour and storage size you've ordered, I can check the expected dispatch time for you from our stock information.
However, if you're receiving updates to say we're expecting you to trade in any old phones, you'll need to contact our team directly. They'll be able to review your order and give you the very best advice.

Further updates will follow once your order is assigned stock, then DPD will set a specific delivery date and timelsot, which you'll be able to view within the DPD app.
