Hi ive placed an order for the iPhone 17 pro max I have recived and email with ako code its been 48 hours I have no clue if ive been accepted or not money has been taken and can't seem to get a straight answer over the phone, can any one tell me if ako order number means im approved or am I wasting my time ?

Ordered mine on 3rd and I’m on the same position. No ETA… awaiting confirmation 🥺 and that answer “check DPD app” it’s doing my nerves… how can we check if we don’t have a track number?🤣

@JulesDB @Florentina181 if either of you's get an update please let me know might help me estimate a date too 😭, I rang EE too see if they could give an estimated time aswell and the guy on the phone basically said what Northerner said about waiting and check DPD/EE tracking...
I hate this sort of waiting game so hopefully not too long for any of us

For orders placed on 12/10/25 for the iPhone 17 Pro 256GB Deep Blue, the expected dispatch time is within 21 days.
As @Northerner has suggested above, the DPD app is going to be the best place for updates coming through. Once stock is assigned to your order, you'll then receive further updates. DPD will set your delivery date and timeslot once they have your parcel.

Sorry for any confusion with your order, but you won't get a DPD tracking number until DPD has your parcel.
We suggest using the DPD app because it's the best option to track your delivery, and all your updates will be in one place.
One stock is assigned to your order; further updates will follow. Until this point, there are no other updates we can give you, I'm afraid.

I'm sorry you've received no update since ordering. You should have received an email confirmation within 24 hours if you placed your order online. If you've had no order confirmation, then please do speak with our team to double check everything was successful.

I ordered my iPhone 17 pro max on the 29th September 256g storage and I have 12 days it tells me my order will likely be dispatched in. Is this an accurate timescale or will it be more since I am still on the “order placed” stage

Once your order is allocated stock, you'll receive further updates. DPD will also set your delivery date and timeslot, and you can view this all within the DPD app.

Hello,
i have had an update saying “good news. Your order is coming soon” but i have just read it’s an automated message and doesn’t actually mean anything? I placed my order on 30/09 and was told within 28 days but still currently don’t have a confirmation date for delivery. Is it just an automated message or does it actually mean I will be getting my phone soon?

When stock is assigned to your order, DPD will then set your delivery date and timeslot, and this will be available to view within the DPD app.
