New order tracking

Hello I ordered a new phone on Saturday and have only received an email with the order number and nothing else. It’s not showing tracking info yet. I assumed it would be delivered within 24 hours. Starting to panic now as I wanted it In time for Xmas. Any advice ?

It was an iPhone 13. So just assumed there wouldn’t be much issue with that ?
