Hi was wondering if anyone can help, I applied for a contract as a new customer and have had the £30 upfront taken from my bank but never received an order confirmation or anything at all?

When did you place your order?

Have you checked your spam email folder?

Is the payment showing as pending or completed in your banking app?

I placed my order earlier today around 1pm, the £30 upfront is pending from my bank account but I never received a email confirmation or anything, I’ve checked my spam and junk folder
