Hi. Hope am doing this right. Brand new customer, since yesterday, 4G Broadband. Said would send hub today, checked and have not put flat number on my address. Cannot change address, tried a couple of phone numbers but cannot get through, Checked thoroughly but keep on about mobiles no mention of Broadband. Am 75 and bewildered, be gentle with me. tytyty
