Hi all, applied for new contract yesterday in the afternoon, received email with confirmation and deposit has beed taken from my account but nothing since then, dont know if i passed a credit check etc. does ee contact and do checks on saturdays ?
Our credit team do work on weekends, but since you have had an email confirmation, it sounds like the order has been placed. Have you had any updates to say otherwise?
