Hi, I need some advice or help,
I have upgraded my sim only to the 16 pro max via the app yesterday morning (Friday about 4am) I received only one email to say thanks for starting your order. I haven’t received any other emails or anything, have i successfully completed the upgrade or do I finish that when I pick my phone up at its chosen destination (an ee store as I’m working a bunch and have nobody to sign for it)
should I have received more emails to confirm stuff or contract information? Please help

You'll receive an email when your order is processed. Check your junk/spam folders.
If you haven't received anything by Monday call EE CS on 150.
