New contract paid £30 no email

Hi, I’ve paid the £30 upfront fee on a new contract but have not recieved any email. The money has left my account. I’ve checked junk email too

Welcome to the community,

We have no account access and do not know who you are, but do you have the DPD app, as when your item has been dispatched, you will receive notification from DPD up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window for delivery.

You have also written in an old thread not started a new one, if you want more information, you will have to ring customer service to find out. Have you checked your spam/junk folder?

Did you receive a confirmation email after the order was placed?

If you did, it will be a case of waiting for the delivery notification from DPD as @Schockwave mentioned.

I can see if there are any updates on delivery timescales. When did you place the order?

Which colour and storage size did you order?
