I was told I needed to upgrade from my old pay as you go plan by the end of the year as it was an old 3g plan. I rang and they said that I would need a new sim card. I ordered one and had a message to say it had been despatched on the 22nd October, I have still not received it. When I try to track an order it states that I need my order number, I was not given an order number, there was no reference to it in the text I received. Should I have received the new SIM by now. If I should have who should I contact?

SIMs are sent by 2nd class post. There is no tracking on them.
