New Phone Delivery Delay

Upgraded to the Pixel 7 Pro Snow on the 26th December. It did say in stock and dispatched within 1 working day, but no updates since and tracking the order just says "Sorry, we can't show your order details right now."

Obviously this is a holiday period and I know it will be delayed to some extent, but just wanted any kind of update as to when normal service will resume and a rough ETA on delivery if possible?
