New Customer- sim only posted out over a week ago

Previously was an EE customer but left for cheaper options. Ordered new EE SIM cards which I’d had notification that has been posted on the 6th March, but I am still waiting for them to arrive. 

I'm unable to call EE and speak to someone as my number isn’t recognised by them. What can I do? The website says I should have received the SIMS within 2 days but even second class I should have had them by now.

Anyone know who I can contact please?

Yes all sorted thankfully. Collecting new sims tomorrow from a local store instead ☺️

If you have something like Skype, you can ring customer service for free:

08000798586

Sim cards are sent out by second class post, but if you are near an EE store, you can go there with ID and they will supply you with one.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. Sadly when I call EE they ask for a mobile number and because mine doesn’t belong to EE yet I am unable to progress to speak to someone.

There are a few numbers to call on our Contact Us Page that you can call from a landline or another provider.

Ive now managed to contact the team via messaging service. If you hadn’t posted a link to Contact page I wouldn’t have found it. For some reason the only option I was able to find was to ring one number which wouldn’t accept my call because I’m not yet a customer
