I recently upgrade to a sim only contract order number xxxxxxxxxxxxxx on the 24th Feb but apart from a confimation email on the same day I have received no other notifications and my EE app still states am on my original contract and is asking me if I want to upgrade....
Please advise.

@Evo628 This is a public forum that you do not post private information on. Ie your order number. If your tariff hasn’t changed over to the new tariff then you need to call customer services.
just to check you did upgrade not just take out a new contract ?
