Ordered a phone to the store the other day done online still haven't heard anything bk no email or nothing don't like speaking on the phone as struggle with anxiety I paid 20 pound up front dk what to do

We don't have access to customer accounts here in the community. The next step here is to speak with our Customer Support team so they can check the order for you.
I understand you're reluctant to speak on the phone, because of your anxiety. If you have someone with you, they can speak with our support team, explain the situation and pass the phone to you, just to complete security on the account/order. You'd just need to give permission for someone to speak on your behalf.
If it's easier for you, you could pop into an EE Store, and they can try to help track the order.

Did you get a confirmation email, @27Elise. It should tell you what you ordered and the specification of the phone.
If the credit check wasn't successful, you'd get an email to tell you to contact our sales team.
Could you check your spam/email folders, just in case any emails made their way there please?

I've checked the stock levels and most iPhone 15 variants are expected to be dispatched within one day.
If you're an existing EE pay monthly customer, you could try the live chat in the EE App. There's a 'message us' option under the 'help' section.

I've tried the message us that doesn't work I'm not good with talking on the phone I just want to know if my order has been accepted or not as I paid 20 pound up front but didn't receive any confirmation
