My upgrade pre order

I upgraded last week and still haven’t had any update on how the order is going, iv never upgraded over the phone before so not to sure how long things take.  xxxx Is my order number and every time iv tried to check on the progress of the upgrade there seems to be no change.

It is great to hear you have upgraded.

If the phone is in stock, it would usually be dispatched the next day, but may take longer if we are waiting for stock to arrive.

Which model of phone did you order?
