My update returns bag has not been received

I upgraded my phone and was told I will receive a returns bag. The address on the system was incorrect so I updated it and was told the bag will shortly be sent out but I have yet to receive it. Is there anyway to reissue a new bag or track if the bag has been sent. As I do not wish to pay a fee.

When was it that you re-requested the returns pack?

I updated the address and requested a new returns pack on the 24th.

It's possible that it's still in the post. If you'd like someone to check to make sure it has been ordered correctly, I'd recommend speaking to our customer service team.
