My name is macauley oliver my mum place an order this morning for an iphone 14 its take 30 pounds out my bank but ive not had an email to say the ordee as gone tho

@Macauleyoliver  As your mum called customer service did she give her email address?    Has she checked her spam folder ?  Your mum is the account holder as she placed to the order so she’ll have to be the one who calls customer services if needs be 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
They told her when she rang because she put the order in my name they need
to talk to me
