Hello, I placed order 28 days ago ( iphone 14pro max 256GB space back) ,I'm wondering till now I didn't receive anything, after 4 days I received message which my order has been approved, My QUESTION IS WHY I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT TILL NOW WHY????????????Could you contact with me please. I should wait for next year????

There are loads of threads on the reasons for these device delays, try using the forum search.

There is no account access on these forums. If you want more specific information you should call EE CS on 150.
