@Bex961 no it just means that you’ve placed an order,  if EE feel the need to speak with you about this order they’ll inform you of this.

   hi am unsure what this means wh3n it says order dispatch date? Says not found i called earlier and apparently dpd have it delivering to store

If our guides have advised the order has been dispatched and DPD are delivering this to the store, the store will be in touch when this is ready to collect.
