Why does my order tracker say incorrect when my reference number and email is correct

What exactly was it that you ordered here, including model name, colour and storage version?

Did you get this from our website direct too, or elsewhere?

I ordered iPhone 17pro silver on the 15th of march and I can’t track it to see what’s going on but 39.99 already taken from account

There are some of the iPhone 17 Pro Silver versions that are out of stock at the moment.
