I placed an order,£30 upfront fee was taken from my account but I can’t see the order or order information

If your order was placed online, it would be processed by our Digital Sales Team within 24 hours. You’ll receive an email acknowledgement once they’ve received it, followed by another email once it’s been processed.

If you haven’t received either email, it’s best to call our team directly so they can check the status for you.
