My order iphone 14pro max

Hello ,I placed order iphone 14pro max 2 weeks ago,after 3 day my order has been confirmed but unfortunately till now I didn't receive anything. When can I get my order?

The current estimate is to expect dispatch in more than 28 days. We send orders out on a first come, first served basis as we receive stock from the manufacturer.

Hi I just got a txt with my order number saying my order is on track but no information has changed on my ee tracking just gone from pre order to on track what does this mean?

I'm not sure if anything has changed, it sounds more like a reassurance that we have the order. DPD will be in touch with you when it's ready to be delivered.

Really how is that order on track !! Why would I need a second confirmation of my order!, I thought it would mean it's closer to being dispatched that's how anybody would read order on track

@Sherps85   And if EE didn’t send you any sort of update you’ll be complaining about not receiving any sort of update.   What ever EE do or don’t do there will be complaints about it.

Unless you work for ee, why would you be at all  interested if I was or wasn't making a complaint to ee I was clearly making a point that " on track" would make it seem my order was being dispatched soon  not just another confirmation of my order relevant updates obviously welcome 😊
