My Order still not any updated 14 Pro

Hi officer,

my order #xxxxxxxxxx iPhone 14 pro black 128G confirmed delivered 7 working days before, but still now don’t have any updated, could you mind help me to track it?

Hi James,

It’s same like different with your website and agent information at 14th Nov. The website shows only 7 days for waiting if I order black or purple any version, if I select white or golden, I will get it 24hrs.

I also double checked with your agent, she try to let me get stuff during 24 hrs, but finally she promised me during 7 working days.

Hi James,

I am really sry to know it’s too long time to waiting for the new order.

But in my case, we discussed that the temporary guidelines which is in 14th Nov I completed the order at. EE officially announced that I should waiting 7 working days at that moment , you can not use guidelines for now of my case. So that’s why I choice the EE as my phone agent. 

hope you could understanding what I am point out, and help me case on the track ASAP.
