Ordered a orange iPhone 17 plus 128gb I think took my upfront payment but I have not had anymore info and when I try and track my order it says something went wrong.

Welcome to the community,

The payment should be pending until your order is dispatched, but have you checked your spam/junk folder to see if anything is there?

You will receive notification from DPD once the device has been dispatched, up to the evening before dispatched and another one on the day with a one hour window and a PIN number you give to the driver in order to receive your order.

I would advise you, if you have not already done so to download the DPD app with the same information that EE have.

Yes I have tried that but nothing on either ee or dpd and nothing in my
spam folder nothing just the email from ordering with details on

If you have had a confirmation email, it's likely we're just waiting for stock to dispatch your order.

If you can double check and let me know exactly what you ordered, I'll see what the expected timescales are.

I've had a check and it looks like we have plenty of stock available for this model.

If it's been more than 48 hours since placing your order, I'd definitely recommend giving our team a call, and they should be able to check things out via your XK order reference number.

I'd also recommend downloading the DPD app and registering with your address, as this should keep you up to date on any inbound parcels too.
