Missing upgrade phone

I ordered my upgrade phone before the bank holiday and dpd continue to fail to deliver the phone. Their tracking site just says they could not deliver and they are “holding at depo” - I have been in every single day they have suggested that they would be coming and cancelled plans to ensure I was here yet they say they have attempted delivery but were unable to which is rubbish as I was sitting 2 foot from the front door the whole time. 

has anyone else had this experience? Am I likely to ever receive this email phone or does ee need to send another?

I am sorry to hear this is happening. 

Did they advise if there was anything preventing them from being able to deliver to your property?

I would recommend giving us a call and speaking with our customer care team who can send courier feed back and look into this further for you.
