I placed an order on the 1st of January for a watch, got email confirmation of order (which means it was in stock and the order went through fine) but absolutely nothing since. Can't track it as it comes up with "unable to provide update" but I also ordered another watch on the 3rd and it came on the 4th or something similar.
What's happening?

Hi @Ajmalallahdad,
Sorry, it isn't possible to reactivate a SIM once it had been disconnected.
Are you close to an EE Store? If you are and have photographic ID, you can pick up a replacement SIM.
