Missing order

I placed an order on the 1st of January for a watch, got email confirmation of order (which means it was in stock and the order went through fine) but absolutely nothing since. Can't track it as it comes up with "unable to provide update" but I also ordered another watch on the 3rd and it came on the 4th or something similar.

What's happening?

The current delivery estimated for that colour and size Samsung Watch5 is to expect dispatch within 14 days. DPD will be in touch with you when it's ready to be delivered.

@Acrockstar  A confirmation of order doesn’t mean it’s in stock that just a confirmation of your order and EE are confirming that order it’s means nothing more.    You’ll get a tracking number once a device has been allocated to you.  
What Watch did you order ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I ordered the Samsung Galaxy Watch5 40mm Pink Gold

 

I swear it either said in stock or few left when I placed the order. I'm surprised not to be told if it isn't in stock or there's going to be a delay, I expected to know what's going on.

Will it be radio silence until they find stock? What if that's not for weeks or months, will they tell me? Will I still be paying for it as its for my already in-use phone and on my plan.

Hi I have ordered a new sim which supposed to be here yesterday but I haven’t got it and also one of ur urgent said that my old will work till I get new one I’m not ready happy about this

SIMs can take 2-5 working days in the post.

What was the reason for replacing the SIM? Has your old SIM been disconnected?
