I have just received my delivery of my phone. I was told the sim card would be delivered with this, there is no sim card in this delivery.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@NaomiCafferty , are you a new customer? If you have a SIM card from EE before, have you tried it in your new phone? You do not need a new SIM card unless there is a problem with your original SIM card or you have moved from another network.
