Just placed an order for iPhone 16

Just placed an order and paid 30£ upfront however no confirmation details or email and also no order number this looks like a scam ...

This is ridiculous I can't track progress .... But yet you have my money 😔 

Really need some help

1. The money is ring fenced by your bank pending EE request so EE don't have anything from you. 

2. Its a bank holiday and if you are lucky your order maybe processed tomorrow.

Until your order is processed and you receive an order number.

Have you been able to check your Spam/Junk folders to see if your confirmation email has been directed there?
