I placed an order earlier today for the iphone 15 pro max and have paid the upfront cost, i got an email confirming my order and everything but i have just received a text saying there’s an issue with my order? It doesn’t specify what the issue is but it says to ring up asap, i rang up and was put on hold, I tried replying to my original confirmation email but i got a response saying my email was blocked as this was a no reply email address (i admit i should have checked that beforehand) but now i can’t view my confirmation email either?

@i0svxn Did you speak with customer services about this ? If you didn’t you need to or the order will not proceed and you’ll be refunded back in 7-10 days.

i tried ringing them but was put on hold due to too many calls at the moment apparently
