Hi, I ordered iPhone 17 pro max on 30th December 256gb for upgrade I’ve rang a  few times I’ve heard absolutely nothing about when I will be receiving this, I though they would have emailed me but absolutely nothing

It’s so bad! I’ve rang so many times and they just say yep now long now… this is ridiculous

I rang them again it’s now changed to 21 days?!

21 days is the current estimate for new orders placed today. 

We always fulfill these on a first come, first served basis, so older outstanding orders we'd expect to be sooner than this. 

Stock levels can vary depending on colour and storage versions, so if you get back in touch with our team, they can advise on if any alternatives are available sooner.

I did phone up, and she said 21 days even tho  it’s passed 14 days and was 14 days when I upgraded so now she said next week? Time just keeps getting added
