I ordered an Iphone 16pro max at oct. 3,2024, i got a confirmation email and said will be dispatched within 24hours. But I still did not receive any further informations for the phone. I cannot track my order and the ee team cant also track my order, they said that there was no order from me.

Hi @Marcos201 Great choice of phone there! I can imagine you're keen to get your hands on your phone as soon as possible.
If an XKO reference was produced after you placed your order, then the order will have been logged, and we'd just have to wait to get some stock in before we can send it out.
I'd recommend giving us a call, and speaking to our digital sales team so they can take a look into the order.

It's still worth speaking to the digital sales team, as your order may not have been picked up yet.
They'll be able to look into your order reference rather than checking to see if an account has been credited for you yet.
