Iphone 14 Pro order

Hi, i upgraded over the phone on Sunday to an iphone 14 Pro, they said it will be 7-14 days before delivery but i havent received an order number nor an email confirming the upgrade. Will I get this once the phone has been dispatched?

@Jade138 , you will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

To add - this was the Iphone 14 Pro, Gold, 256 gb
