How long is dispatch time for Iphone 14 pro max 256gb in Gold?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I was charged with an upfront fee of £50 but my application was declined after a credit check. They told me they were going to refund it and would not claim/charge the “pending” fee in my bank. Upon checking today, the transaction for the upfront fee was already completed and it was charged from my bank already. I called customer service and they told me that I should call my bank for a revert. Once of the requirements for a chargeback is an email/notification/documentation that my application was declined and I was to be refunded of the fee. But EE didn’t send me any notification about the declined application. I was only able to contact them through a phone call. PLEASE HELP

If the payment is showing as completed, rather than pending, please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can check a refund has been requested.

Have you received any updates on the phone yet?? I’m waiting for the same one but ordered on the 26th

The current guidance is to expect dispatch within 14 days.

Hiya Jon, yeah I was old 21 days but now it’s showing 14 so I was confused haha 🙂

Keep an eye on the tracker, if you were told 21 days at the point of purchase then allow for up to 21 days for it to arrive. Hopefully it'll be with you sooner though 🙂

I paid the £50 upfront fee for an application for a mobile plan but was declined after a credit check. They said to wait for 14 working days for the fee to be credited back again to my account. I applied for the plan last October 28. It’s been more than 14 days yet I still have not received the refund
