I ordered a new flexi plan today which includes two separate payments. One for the handset and one for the sim. It’s all just switched over now but the handset hasn’t been sent yet. Will I be able to call and change the sim data and keep the phone as I still want that or will I have to cancel the full order within the 14 days cooling off period and start again?
total mistake in my part as I thought I’d selected 125gb data per month rather than 25gb.

@Dean1989H You’ll have to call customer services to see if thats possible.
