Hi there,
I am not an EE customer, but someone has just signed up for services and entered my email address (by mistake, it's a very common name)
I am out of the country and cannot call the support number and I don't want to log in to their account to use any of the support that way, and I've now had to register on here with a different email, how can I pass on their account details so that my email can be removed from their account?

Try calling EE Sales on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2 > option 4) . That won't ask for an EE mobile no.

You need to report it to EE CS.
How can you login to their a/c with only your/their email addy? You can't! You need their pwd.

Like I say, I'm out the country, guess it'll just have to wait then.
Shame that EE don't have any other methods of contact.
