Processed my phone upgrade on 14th September 2023. EE site told me the phone was in stock and would be delivered in 24hrs. Now 17th September, no sign of a phone, no message from EE. My order number when entered into the oder tracking brings up a message saying they cannot track my order at the moment. What are EE doing?

Which phone did you upgrade to?
The IPhone 15 Series is currently on Pre Order and won’t be available at the earliest till 22nd September when it Officially launches

I would have expected that model to have been dispatched by now.
If you download the DPD app and register your details, does it show any active parcels?
If it doesn't, please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can check the status of your order.

Got the DPD app and no active parcels showing up. Looks like it has gone into a blackhole

My account doesn't even recognise the upgrade, its still showing the original plan details. Has anyone actually processed this order? I have the order confirmation email and the order number and thats all. I bet it is sat in a pile of other orders waiting on someone to get round to processing them whilst working from home (watching the tv or playing their computer games).

Your new plan won’t start until the phone dispatches from the warehouse. Once that happens, you’ll be bombarded with texts and emails to track the order. Unfortunately it’s a waiting game until then
